Tricia McKinney
Tricia McKinney, President and Founder of Elite Senior Care Consultants, has spent over 15 years working directly in the senior living and healthcare industry. Her extensive experience includes roles as an Executive Director, Assisted Living Administrator, and Senior Advisor, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges families face when seeking quality care for their loved ones.
Tricia’s passion for serving seniors inspired her to start her own senior placement company. She wanted to create a service that combined her knowledge, experience, and ethical standards to help families find the best possible care solutions with confidence and peace of mind. She personally selects and reviews the communities represented by Elite Senior Care, performing thorough site tours and examining state survey inspections to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met.
Known for her excellent communication, honesty, and transparency, Tricia is committed to representing her clients with integrity and care.
